Start with a 2-min walk.
Top 1% Habits is a habit tracker for iPhone. Every habit starts too small to skip, steps up when it gets easy, and a missed day never resets your progress.
Most plans start too big, then one miss resets the streak to zero. Starting over feels worse than quitting.

Built for real weeks
Progress that only goes up
Days showed up and weeks hit only ever count up. Momentum shows the trend: a miss dents it a little and never sends it back to zero.
Grace days for real life
Two grace days a month cover a miss for you, and rest days still count toward your week. Missing a day is planned for.
Habits that build a goal
Pick a goal like Run a 5K or Save $1,000. Your habits are sized to reach it, and each checkpoint ticks itself the first time you do it.
A 60-second Sunday review
Each Sunday, see your week in a minute. Then keep each habit as it is, ease it back, or step it up.
Yours, on your iPhone
No account and no sign-up. Your habits stay on your phone, and reminders are scheduled on the phone itself.
